With Hybrid you will embark on 5 weeks of hard work. Each 40 minute workout will challenge you like never before. With Hybrid , we start hard and we keep that intensity throughout.

Every week will be fresh, new & challenging as no week is ever the same. Hybrid is our most varied program we have ever created.

Each week, not only do we mix up the formats of our resistance sections.We also mix up every cardio session of each workout for one of the most unique fun and killer programs we have ever created.

Hybrid is a 50% blend of muscle & strength building dumbbell work with 50% Killer cardio sections - Designed for optimal results.

DUMBBELL TRAINING FIRST

In Hybrid we kick off each workout with our muscle & strength building resistance sections.

We do this so that everyone has their full energy available to put the most into their lifts.

Enabling those who wish to lift a little heavier the ability to do so.

Each day this section will also focus on a single muscle group so it is worked to the max for optimal results

WEIGHTS FORMATS

Here is a breakdown of our Resistance Sections from Hybrid

Week 1and it's Staple Sets.

If you have done our Lift program before, you will be familiar with Staples. The idea here is we have 10 killer exercises per set but each set has a Staple exercise that we keep returning to.

This is typically our big lifting exercise. A real strength gainer (Very popular format)

Week 2 resistance sections and this week it's batched Tri-sets and it's tough!

What we do here is put 6 minutes of the clock and work our way through 3 tri-set exercises for the entire 6 minutes each time.

We then reset with new exercises , reset the 6 minutes and we go again THIS ONE BURNS!!

Week 3 and if you have done some Zeus workouts before you will know what Pyramids are and what awaits you.

We pick out 4 muscle targeting exercises. We start with 10 reps of each, then 15 reps and then 20 reps of each.

Oh this one is always a toughie But, trust me it works.

It's week 4 and this weeks dumbbell work is are nasty 'Sinister 6'. What we do here is 6 exercises per muscle group.

We start with exercise 1. The we do 1 again followed by 2. The we do 1 , 2 and 3. Then 1, 2, 3, 4 all the way to 6 We then work our way back down through the exercises chalking 1 off each time.

I have used this format before when doing cardio, but this is a first with weights and oh boy does it BURN!

It's the final week and you are nearly there. Finishing off the final weeks resistance section with 1-10-10-1 workouts with the weights.

10 killer exercises in total. We simply work our way up to 10 and then all the way back down to 1.

Trust me, once you get over that first 10. You will enjoy chalking them off on the other side as it starts to burn real fast

RESISTANCE OVER, IT'S TIME TO HIT THE CARDIO

Hybrid by name , Hybrid by nature.

With our resistance sections out of the way, its now time to smash some killer cardio.

Burn some serious calories, torch body fat and let's strip away that body fat to unearth that newly build muscle and definition.

HYBRID KILLER CARDIO SECTIONS

We did say Hybrid was easily our most varied program to date and we weren't kidding!

Now let's check out the formats for our 5 weeks of cardio sections...

LET'S PUSH IT TO THE MAX!

In week 1's cardio section we are smashing our 'Level Up' format & combining it with Combination cardio. And what a way to kick off week 1.

So what is Level Up? With level up we take each of our exercises. We start with 30 seconds of each. We then Level up to 40 secs of each. We then Level up again to 50 seconds of each before Levelling up once more to 1 Minute of each.

This is killer format that will produce some serious results. This is spliced with incredible Combination cardio moves to keep it super fun, non stop and action packed.

Week 2 and it's time to mix it up again. Working up a serious sweat and having a ton of fun in the process. This week, it's time to channel your inner ninja as it's killer Combat Cardio Week.

Yes, this week we will be whipping our our best combat cardio moves. We will jab, cross, hook, duck and kick our way through a kick ass section of cardio. A really fun week that will work up a serious sweat and burn some serious fat.

Week 3 cardio time and time to mix it up once again. This week we're hitting the Muscle targeting 6x6 format.

What we do here is 6 exercises, we work our way through all 6 and hit 6 laps also. We also have a combination a some bodyweight work spliced with compound dumbbell moves, and some of the exercises will also be muscle specific, working the muscle that has been targeted that day for an extra little pump while working up a sweat.

This is going to be a lot of fun!!

Week 4 cardio time. We will be hitting it with our weight and we will also be hitting it with our cardio.

Why? As its stacks of fun, loads of variation, and works up a serious sweat. Again, these will be a combination of compound muscle targeting exercises.

With explosive bodyweight and dumbbell Plyo exercises to get the heart racing and the calories burning.

It's the final week and the final cardio so let's make it a fun one. What we are doing here is some killer Tabata. There will be 8 exercises per cardio section and the workout wheel will decide the workout for us and the order we do it in.

We throw our 8 exercises into the wheel and it will pick our first 2 exercises. We then hit those with some Tabata. We score those exercises out and the wheel will pick our next 2.

All the way until we only have 2 left to choose from. Let's finish Hybrid strong with a little fun in the process.
