Here’s the exact format of Zeus Lift

Challenge yourself with our incredible body transforming workout formats.

week1

Week 1 kicks off with giant sets. Giant by name, giant by nature. We kick off week 1 with Giant sets. Sets stacked with exercises to push you hard in week 1. Each workout will also finish with a gruelling dreaded finisher.

week2

Yes that’s right. In week 2 we are taking supersets & Pyramid training and splicing them together for the ultimate killer workout. Super setting 2 exercises back to back in a rep range format of 5-10-15-15-10-5. Oh boy , get ready to Burn.

week3

Onto week 3 and hitting up a massively popular format with all the Zeus programs, No Repeat. This week we will be tackling 30 exercises per muscle group with no repeating of the same exercise. A crazy pump only made easier by ticking exercises off as we go.

week4

Week 4 and it’s Staple Workouts. The idea here is we have 10 killer exercises per set but each set has a Staple exercise that we keep returning to & this is typically our big lifting exercise. A real strength gainer.

week5

The final week & it’s the wheel of workouts wildcard week. What the hell is this I hear you cry? Well we have a workout generator app that will be selecting the formats for us this week for each workout. What the format will be is anyones guess 👀 (this will be a lot of fun)
