Introducing Lift 2 - The NEW Work Station Format

Introducing - ‘The Workout stations’

Each incredible workout based on the 3-4 stations - ranging from our heavy station , moderate station, light station and bodyweight station.

We work our way through each station in each incredible workout in unique innovative killer ways.

Each workout designed to challenge your muscles and body in a different way to push you to the limit for the 5 Incredible weeks.

Week 1 - Increased Level Stations

In week 1 of Lift 2 we kick off with increased Level stations. Each workout ranging from 3-4 stations of lifts.

In each level there will be 6-8 exercises in total depending on the workout and muscle group. 

We start on the heavy station, working our way down to the light station. Then from the light station back up to the heavy station 

Level 1 will consist of 10 reps of each , we then move onto level 2 for 12 reps of each before finally hitting level 3 of 14 reps 

The levels getting progressively tougher as the workout goes on 

There may or may not also be a little surprise at the end of each workout this week

Week 2 - No repeat Stations

Week 2 and time to take it up a notch. This weeks workouts will be everyone’s favourite, No repeat stations. 

This week we will be working with 3 stations. Our heavy , moderate and light stations

Each station of each round will be a completely different exercise as it is no repeat. So we never do the same exercise more than once 

But each station comes with a twist as this week each heavy station will consist of 10 reps. The moderate station is being increased to 15 reps and our light station is hitting a burning 20 reps each 

No repeats are always a lot of fun and feel like they fly by.

Week 3 - Double Muscle Superset Stations

Throwing a curve ball in week 3 with a complete change up as this week it’s the double muscle superset pyramids stations. 

What we will be doing this week is working 2 muscle groups in each of the days. 

Again working with our 3 stations. Our heavy , moderate and light. 

But on each station will be doing a double muscle superset.  So this could mean for example doing a back & bicep superset on the heavy station, the moderate station and the light station. 

Each station will also be time based as we spend 40 secs on each.  

Something a little different and also finishing this week off with a Full body mash up for one final hit and pump on each of those muscles.

Week 4 - Quad Batch Reversal Stations

Week 4 and mixing it up once again. So this is Quad batch reversal stations. 

The aim of the game here is we have 4 separate batches of 3 different exercises in each. 

In each batch we start on the Heavy station for 10 reps, then the moderate for 15 and the light for 20 reps.

We the stay on the light station and hit a reversal of the reps 

Now hitting the light station for 10 reps , the moderate again for 15 and finally the heavy for 20! Yeah, that’s going to be rough. 

After the 4th batch of this one , you will certainly be feeling the pump.

Week 5 - Burnout Staple stations & Failure Finisher

The final week and time to go out with a bang, this is Burnout Staple stations. 

If you have done Lift 1 you may be familiar with staple sets. A very popular format back with a twist.

What we do here is again work with 3 stations. Heavy , moderate and light. 

Within each round we have a staple exercise that we always keep coming back to after each of the other exercises. 

The staple exercise will always also be on the heavy station. 

These workouts will also be time based on each of the stations. With 45 seconds of work on each and just 15 seconds turnaround.

Have your lighter weights on standby as this format will push you to your limit on some of the muscle groups. The burn will be incredible and the pump even more so.

With a failure finisher on ALL the heavy staples to finish, this is not for the faint hearted. Go hard or go home… Finishing Lift 2 off in style.
