Introducing Lift 3 - The NEW Format Revealed
Week 1 - ‘Activate and Drop’
Week 2 - ‘Tempo Supersets’
Week 2 and back with another brand new format to test you in a totally different way
This week is ‘Tempo Supersets’ So how does this work?...
We group together a superset. A heavier lifting exercises with a moderate or light sculpting exercise.
With each exercise are hitting 20 reps of each. But there is a twist
The first 10 reps will be based off a 3,2,1 tempo. The last 10 reps a burnout 1,1,1 tempo (all will make sense)
We do each superset 3 times and yip that’s right we will also be finishing this week off with another killer Finisher
Week 3 - ‘300 Rep Challenge’
A treat for you this week with the killer ‘300 Rep challenge’ for each muscle group and this one BURNSSSS!!!
In the 300 rep challenge we have 5 killer sets of exercises for each muscle group.
How quickly you can get your reps in will determine your rest time
This may not sound too bad , until you realize most exercises are also DUO exercises
This one will seriously burn and challenge you totally different to any other Lift workout.
Week 4 - ‘Combo-tempo Tri Sets’
Week 4 and mixing it up once again with Combo-Tempo Tri sets.
Building and burning in each exercise with this one as we hit alternate tempo reps for each
With each exercise we alternate the speed of the reps. The first rep a slow and controlled burn, followed by a higher speed pump rep
We alternate between slow and fast paced reps for 45 secs of each exercises
Also thrown into the mix is our ‘Tri-set’s.
Grouping together 3 different exercises back-to-back for each tri-set before moving onto the next.
Each tri set will have a heavy,mod & light exercise.
Finishing off once again with another nasty finisher to polish off each of these killer workouts
Week 5 - ‘Reversed Exercise Pyramid & Tap Out'
The final week of Lift 3 and time to finish strong with ‘Reversed Exercise Pyramid & tap out’
A regular Pyramid starts with a heavy exercise and works up to the lighter weight
Taking it up a level, we will be kicking off with the lighter exercises with higher volume and getting progressively tougher as we head towards the heavier weight.
At the top this will also include 20 reps of our heavier weight for the toughest Pyramid imaginable
When you think you can take no more. We then smash our ‘Tap Out’ Finisher
The most brutal finisher in Zeus Fitness history.
Can you make it through every minute or every exercise? Or will you need to Tap Out?

Nearly all exercises can be performed from the floor
A chair or sofa (again if you do not have a bench a chair or sofa will come in handy for certain exercises)
