&#8216;Tempo Supersets&#8217;\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t <p>Week 2 and back with another brand new format to test you in a totally different way<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><b>This week is <\/b><b><i>&#8216;Tempo Supersets&#8217; <\/i><\/b><b>So how does this work?&#8230;<\/b><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>We group together a superset. A heavier lifting exercises with a moderate or light sculpting exercise.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>With each exercise are hitting 20 reps of each. But there is a twist<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>The first 10 reps will be based off a 3,2,1 tempo. The last 10 reps a burnout 1,1,1 tempo (all will make sense)<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><b>We do each superset 3 times and yip that&#8217;s right we will also be finishing this week off with another killer <\/b><b><i>Finisher<\/i><\/b><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zeusfitness.com\/lift3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/week2_pic.jpg\" alt=\"week2_pic\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"559\" width=\"1000\" title=\"week2_pic\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h2>\n\t\tWeek 3 &#8211; &#8216;300 Rep Challenge&#8217;\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t <p>A treat for you this week with the killer <b><i>&#8216;300 Rep challenge&#8217;<\/i><\/b> for each muscle group and this one BURNSSSS!!!<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>In the <i>300 rep challenge<\/i> we have 5 killer sets of exercises for each muscle group.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>How quickly you can get your reps in will determine your rest time<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>This may not sound too bad , until you realize most exercises are also DUO exercises<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>This one will seriously burn and challenge you totally different to any other Lift workout.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zeusfitness.com\/lift3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/week3_pic.jpg\" alt=\"week3_pic\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"561\" width=\"1000\" title=\"week3_pic\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h2>\n\t\tWeek 4 &#8211; &#8216;Combo-tempo Tri Sets&#8217;\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t <p>Week 4 and mixing it up once again with Combo-Tempo Tri sets.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>Building and burning in each exercise with this one as we hit alternate tempo reps for each<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>With each exercise we alternate the speed of the reps. The first rep a slow and controlled burn, followed by a higher speed pump rep<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>We alternate between slow and fast paced reps for 45 secs of each exercises<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Also thrown into the mix is our &#8216;Tri-set&#8217;s.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>Grouping together 3 different exercises back-to-back for each tri-set before moving onto the next.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Each tri set will have a heavy,mod &amp; light exercise.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>Finishing off once again with another nasty finisher to polish off each of these killer workouts<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zeusfitness.com\/lift3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/week4_pic.jpg\" alt=\"week4_pic\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"568\" width=\"1000\" title=\"week4_pic\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h2>\n\t\tWeek 5 &#8211; &#8216;Reversed Exercise Pyramid &#038; Tap Out&#8217;\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t <p>The final week of Lift 3 and time to finish strong with &#8216;Reversed Exercise Pyramid &amp; tap out&#8217;<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><b>A regular Pyramid starts with a heavy exercise and works up to the lighter weight<\/b><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Taking it up a level, we will be kicking off with the lighter exercises with higher volume and getting progressively tougher as we head towards the heavier weight.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><b>At the top this will also include 20 reps of our heavier weight for the toughest Pyramid imaginable<\/b><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>When you think you can take no more. We then smash our &#8216;Tap Out&#8217; Finisher<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><b>The most brutal finisher in Zeus Fitness history.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Can you make it through every minute or every exercise?
