Five or six 30-45 minute awesome real-time dumbbell workouts per week

Four intense weeks of dumbbell lifting action that get progressively tougher - with innovative new formats each week

Uniquely designed body transforming workouts using the Power split training system

Training System
We will have 4 weeks of unique Power formats which will be divided using our Power training split system.
Our 4 weeks will be split up to look like this:

Muscle split training (6 workouts per week)
A typical week of training in these weeks may look like so:

Power - Heavier lifts, slightly longer rest times
Power - Designed to push you to lift slightly heavier weights than previous programs.
Consistency - Maintain great form throughout the workout
As the weeks progress, we will have slightly longer rest times introduced than previous programs, while always keeping the workouts action packed
Strength - The extra rest will be needed to give the muscles a little more time to recover to be able to try and maintain our lifts throughout each workout
Growth - Each workout is designed to challenge your muscles and body in a different way, to push you to the limit for 4 incredible weeks

Introducing - Our Zeus Power Workout Formats
Week 1 - Volume Training Power Sets
Week 2 - Push - Pull Pyramid Sets
In week 2 it’s time to mix it all up with some push | Pull Training using Pyramid Sets
A total change up this week as we hit push and pull days - for a unique training style to shock the body, and also we hit each muscle twice this week
Upper body Push - Lower Body Push - Upper Body Pull - Lower Body Pull
Pyramid times over sets or reps. Unique to these workouts is the Pyramid times of each set. Making for a unique workout that’s tougher and totally different with each round
- Set 1 - 40 secs work | 20 secs rest
- Set 2 - 60 secs work | 30 secs rest
- Set 3 - 80 secs work | 40 secs rest
Although pushing us harder with each round, the increasing rest times will hopefully enable to us to stick with our heavier lifts

Week 3 - Power Supersets + Staple Set Finisher Burnout
Throwing a curve ball in week 3 with a complete change up as this week it’s the double muscle superset pyramids stations.
Kicking off with Power supersets. We combine a Heavy lifter with a sculpting exercise in each superset
We hit 1 minute of the heavy lifter, before going straight into 1 minute of the sculpting exercise for one of the most brutal supersets to date
Then hitting a 40 seconds rest - Trust me it will be needed
Each superset smashed for 5 round back to back before moving onto the next
We then finish with one of the toughest finishers to date with our Staple set burnout finisher. You have permission to drop to the lighter weights here for this final pump
5 exercises running the staple set format with no rest, as we bounce from from staple exercise to the next and back to the staple. Prepare for pain

Week 4 - To be decided and named yet
Week 4 and mixing it up once again. So this is Quad batch reversal stations.
Time to finish off Power with our Power Pump Sets. This week back to our Push & pull days and finishing off with a full body Friday
In this final week its’ going to be all about sending all the blood to those muscles and getting them absolutely pumped up.
In each pump set we hit 6 rounds. 45 secs of work with each exercise with NO REST. We go from one to the next for all 6 rounds
After each Power Pump set , we will then take 1-2 minutes rest - We will need it
Have all your weights at your disposal for this one. As you will attempt to start heavy & very, very quickly drop down those weights
This one if all about a ridiculous pump. Where you will be pushed to absolute failure
Finishing with a bang with one crazy muscle pump

What equipment do you need for Power?

A selection of Dumbbells
A bench (if you do not have a bench, not to worry.)
Nearly all exercises can be performed from the floor
A chair or sofa (again if you do not have a bench a chair or sofa will come in handy for certain exercises)
Some water
Hard work & determination
