Our Zeus Power\u00a0 Workout Formats\n\t<\/h2>\n<h2>\n\t\tWeek 1 &#8211; Volume Training Power Sets\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>In week 1 we kick off with Volume training Power Sets &#8211; Its&#8217; time to get those muscles activated.<\/p>\n\t\t\t <p>For each exercise we put 5 minutes on the clock. Every 60 seconds the timer goes. When that times comes you will have 1 minute to smash out 10 reps (if pushing heavier &#8211; you can decrease this to 6-8 reps) \u2028<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>Once we have completed our reps, we stop and wait for the next minute to begin<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Smashing our way through a combination of bread and butter heavy lifters and body sculpting exercises<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>This week we focus on smashing individual muscle groups<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>As this week is all about getting those muscles firing and ready for the weeks ahead<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zeusfitness.com\/power\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/week1.jpg\" alt=\"week1\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"556\" width=\"1000\" title=\"week1\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h2>\n\t\tWeek 2 &#8211;\u00a0 Push &#8211; Pull Pyramid\u00a0 Sets\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>In week 2 it&#8217;s time to mix it all up with some push | Pull Training using Pyramid Sets<\/p>\n\t\t\t <p>A total change up this week as we hit push and pull days &#8211; for a unique training style to shock the body, and also we hit each muscle twice this week<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>Upper body Push &#8211; Lower Body Push &#8211; Upper Body Pull &#8211; Lower Body Pull\u2028<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Pyramid times over sets or reps. Unique to these workouts is the Pyramid times of each set. Making for a unique workout that&#8217;s tougher and totally different with each round<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <ul><li><strong>Set 1 &#8211; 40 secs work | 20 secs rest<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Set 2 &#8211; 60 secs work | 30 secs rest<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Set 3 &#8211; 80 secs work | 40 secs rest<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Although pushing us harder with each round, the increasing rest times will hopefully enable to us to stick with our heavier lifts<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/zeusfitness.com\/power\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/week2.jpg\" alt=\"week2\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"556\" width=\"1000\" title=\"week2\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h2>\n\t\tWeek 3 &#8211; Power Supersets + Staple Set Finisher Burnout \n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p><strong>Throwing a curve ball in week 3 with a complete change up as this week it&#8217;s the double muscle superset pyramids stations.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t <p>Kicking off with Power supersets. We combine a Heavy lifter with a sculpting exercise in each superset<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>We hit 1 minute of the heavy lifter, before going straight into 1 minute of the sculpting exercise for one of the most brutal supersets to date<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Then hitting a 40 seconds rest &#8211; Trust me it will be needed<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>Each superset smashed for 5 round back to back before moving onto the next<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>We then finish with one of the toughest finishers to date with our Staple set burnout finisher. You have permission to drop to the lighter weights here for this final pump<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>5 exercises running the staple set format with no rest, as we bounce from from staple exercise to the next and back to the staple. So this is Quad batch reversal stations.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t <p>Time to finish off Power with our Power Pump Sets. This week back to our Push &amp; pull days and finishing off with a full body Friday<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>In this final week its&#8217; going to be all about sending all the blood to those muscles and getting them absolutely pumped up.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>In each pump set we hit 6 rounds. 45 secs of work with each exercise with NO REST. We go from one to the next for all 6 rounds<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>After each Power Pump set , we will then take 1-2 minutes rest &#8211; We will need it<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p>Have all your weights at your disposal for this one. As you will attempt to start heavy &amp; very, very quickly drop down those weights<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t <p><strong>This one if all about a ridiculous pump.
