What to expect in this 6 week PUMPT program
6 Completely unique weeks of training using the quad phase system to stimulate maximum results and finishing with the ultimate Pump
Week 1 - Let the PUMPT Begin!
Phase 1 - Each workout kicks off with 10 minutes of bodyweight plyometric work to get the body warmed up, get the heart rate up, get the body in the zone and ready for the crazy workout ahead
Phase 2 - We then smash our first muscle group with those dumbbells for a crazy pump
Phase 3 - Time to shock the body again and elevate that heart rate once more by smashing compound dumbbell exercise for a 6 minute body blast
Phase 4 - We then smash our second muscle group of the day to once again finish off with the ultimate pump
Week 2 - PUMPT Acceleration
Onto week 2 and again mixing up the training to keep the body guessing.
Phase 1 - We again kick off with 10 minutes of bodyweight plyometric workout to get the body and heart rate up, but this time the format of the cardio completely changes. Getting tougher and removing those rest times
Phase 2 - It’s time to pump that first muscle group. Each muscle group this week combined differently from the previous week
Phase 3 - This week we again are hitting 6 minutes of compound cardio moves to once again raise that heart rate, get the body back in the zone and ready for the final phase
Phase 4 - Time to pump and smash that final body part of the day. Leaving you absolutely PUMPT
Week 3 - PUMPT Intensification
Onto week 3 and again a totally different combination of exercise and muscle groups. It’s time to increase the intensity and get serious.
The high intensity cardio gets doubled up and we now combine certain muscle groups that leaves each one with no where to hide for the most insane burn and pump.
Phase 1 - we kick off week 3 with a intense 10 minute combination of bodyweight plyometric work and compound dumbbell exercises to again get that heart rate firing, the body firing and the muscles pre warmed up for the gruelling pump ahead
Phase 2 - it’s the first gruelling muscle pump of the day, that is going to leave you feeling absolutely jacked
Phase 3 - This week the compound cardio section is gone as we up and increase the intensity with another lap/round 2 of our opening plyometric and compound cardio. Things just got serious
Phase 4 - We finish off each workout with an insane pump on the final muscle of the day. Finishing each day with the most insane pump
Week 4 - Time to activate super PUMPT mode
It’s time to get really serious and really mix it up, as PUMPT mode is about to be activated. The cardio is getting reduced , the compound cardio sections are being removed and are being replaced with the PUMPT finishers - things just got serious
Phase 1 - We kick off each workout as normal with 10 minutes of plyometric bodyweight work to simply get the body and muscles warmed up and ready for the serious work ahead
Phase 2 - Time to hit our first muscle group of the day. A killer dumbbell workout leaving that muscle jacked
Phase 3 - The compound cardio is gone as we dive straight into our second muscle group of the day
Phase 4 - It’s time to activate the PUMPT Finishers. This weeks PUMPT Finishers will be 3 minutes solid exercises for the first body part, then 3 minutes solid for the next, with no break in those 3 minutes. A combo of lighter weights and bodyweight exercises, pumping the blood to each muscle group for one final insane pump
Week 5 - PUMPT up the Volume
Phase 1 - We kick off again with our 10 minutes of bodyweight only plyometric work to once again get the heart rate up, the muscles warmed up and the body ready for the gruelling workout ahead
Phase 2 - First muscle group up for the day with another gruelling dumbbell workout
Phase 3 - Straight into our second body part for another killer Pump session
Phase 4 - Time to smash the PumpT finishers. But this week it’s different again as we combine the finishers of each body part together. One exercise for one followed by an exercise for the other and we up the Finisher timer to 10 minutes. This is going to burn
Week 6 - Prepare for ultimate PUMPT
Phase 1 - Back this week kicking off phase one with combining bodyweight plyometric work and compound dumbbell exercise. Raising the heart rate and warming up those muscles for the gruelling workout ahead
Phase 2 - First up it’s our first muscle group of the day. It’s the final week and time to finish strong, increasing those weights if possible
Phase 3 - Mixing it up again this week as we dive straight into the PumpT finisher for this body part. As this muscle will already be pre exhausted from the workout it has just done, tis finisher will be brutal
Phase 4 - Onto our second muscle group with another killer Pump session.
Phase 5 - Finally diving into the second PUMPT finisher for this muscle group. There is no escaping the ultimate pump and burn this week.
Weekly Wildcard
Every week the final workout of the week will be the wildcard. It can be a combination of bodyweight and compound dumbbell moves to finish off the body with one final killer and fun workout before entering your rest days.
Designed to incinerate body fat to really bring through those amazing muscle and definition you will be building throughout the PumpT program.
But don’t think this is easy, as each week the wildcard also gets progressively tougher.
