The back story on Zeus Ript

With Summer approaching the #1 question on my mind and my client's is...
“How do I get Beach body ready and look good for summer?”
I was originally going to do this for myself and then I thought my followers would love to do the same.
My goal - maintain my muscle and shape, chisel away and define those “problem areas” by torching body fat, and get these results SUPER FAST!
Zeus RIPT was born!!!

Introducing the Quad format training system - With Fat melting compound conditioning and Push/pull resistance training
Compound Conditioning
I knew with these workouts to get results FAST I needed something different to challenge the body like never before - Incorporating a balance of amazing Strength & conditioning.
Traditional bodyweight cardio & LISS (low-intensity steady-state) cardio is good. but Intense compound conditioning incorporating the dumbbells is NEXT LEVEL for strength, conditioning and the after burn effect!


Combined daily push-pull resistance training
With this program I also wanted to work the muscles to the max to maintain and even grow. To do this and to compact everything into a 4 day a week system I wanted to work each muscle also TWICE a week.
The Push-Pull system would be perfect for this...
How this works - On day 1, the lifting zones of our workouts will consist of Pushing movements and exercises. Our pushing exercises, typically being our chest, shoulders, triceps , quads, glutes and core pushing exercises.
Our next workout will then focus on our Pulling exercises - Consisting of our back, biceps, hamstrings and core.
This system will enable us to work each muscle twice a week for ultimate results.
Combining these 2 systems enables us to compact the most Incredible strength & conditioning program into an action packed 30-40 minute workout.
Zeus Ript - 4 Week Program

Week 1 - ‘Progression’

Week 1 and we start with a bang this week with Progression.
In progression we work our way through some tough strength & conditioning exercises to push the body to the max.
As the workout progresses so does each round with the difficulty and rest/recovery periods making it tougher as the workout goes on.
We will have our 3 workout stations, our Heavy, moderate and light.
Progressing through the each round will push the heart rate up, have the sweat flowing, muscle pumping.
This will push you into the RipT zone. Forcing you to dig deeper as the workouts go on.
Week 2 - ‘The Relentless Killer 5’

Relentless by name and relentless by nature. The relentless killer 5 will push you to the limit, but in a shorter workout.
5 tough strength & conditioning exercises only. But a unique format that simply doesn’t stop.
Broken up into 2 unique batches - We stockpile exercise in round 1 before swiping exercises off in round 2.
But be warned , on each round once that timer starts, we simply don’t stop moving.
This will raise the heart rate to max in each burst. Pushing you to the limit. Sweating flowing, muscles burning and fat melting.
This is where results are made.
Week 3 - ‘The Ladder’

If you have ever done a Zeus Ladder workout before, you know what to expect here.
One of the most unique workout formats possible that will leave the body in shock. 8 Gruelling strength & conditioning, push and pull exercises stacking in one punishing workout that will leave you on the floor.
We start with a simple 1 rep of each exercise. Then 2 reps of each , then 3 , then 4 and so on all the way up to 10 of each.
The ladder is the ultimate deceiver.
Starting off with what feels like a pretty simple workout. By midway you realized you have been deceived and it’s all about to get very real.
As the Ladder goes on, you will find those final rounds some of the toughest round of your life.
But round will help us achieve the results we desire and that summer body we are all aiming for.
Week 4 - RipT Quad Zone

The final week and time to cement those amazing results with the RipT Quad Zone.
4 Zones - 4 Exercises in each - 4 Batches - 4 Part Finishers
4 Zones
In each workout of the RipT quad zone we will have our 4 weight zones to work through to get the heart racing, sweat flowing, fat melting and muscles pumping.
A heavy, moderate, light and bodyweight zone.
We work our way through each zone before coming back up the other way making each zone also getting tougher as they go.
4 Exercises in each
Each of the zone will have a different exercise in each again with a combination of our incredible strength and conditioning exercises to rip that body.
4 Batches
Each workout will also be broken up into 4 batches. The first half of each workout and the first 2 batches will focus on all our Pushing exercises.
The second half of each workout and the last 2 batches will then turn attention to all the Pull based exercises.
With an increase also in the time we spend on each exercise to the previous weeks. It’s time to go out with a bang.
Pushing our bodies to the max one final time.
4 Part Finishers
In these workouts we will also have a brutal finisher that is broken into 4 parts. With the finisher spliced into the workout at the end of each batch for one final push to the limit in each round.
